30 Day Guarantee*: We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from Gumballs.com, which is why we offer a 30 Day Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a return.
*Exclusions: We do not accept returns/exchanges on any of the following items:
• No returns on edible products - including gum & candy (for health reasons)
• No returns on replacement machine parts
• No returns on custom printed/etched products (eg, machines, gumballs & tokens).
Returns: If we cannot resolve the product problem, we will give you instructions on how to return it to us for a refund. When we receive your returned item, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item (minus the original cost of shipment and a 15% restocking fee). Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. All returned products must be in their original packaging and must be returned in a never-used and resellable condition.
If you would like to return or exchange your order and you meet the criteria above, please email us at info@gumballs.com. Please include your name, order number, order date, and reason for return. We will then email you with a Return Authorization Number and an address where to send the return to. Returns sent back to us without prior contact will be refused.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount less a 10% cancellation fee.
