Warranty/Return Policy:

1) Retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claim, tech support, and future upgrades/updates requests.

2) GPS receivers & Intellinav all-in-one PND carry one-year replacement/repair warranty at sole discretion of Manufacturer, and does not include any damage caused by Buyer or from abnormal use.

3) All iGuidance Software sales are final (non-refundable).

4) Software carries 3-month defective disk replacement warranty from date of order for CD/DVD media if disk itself is found defective. Hardware orders may be refunded within 7 days of purchase but require an RMA # to be issued by iNav Corporation in advance and must be returned in complete and resellable condition in order for the refund to be credited. Authorized returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

6) Any claims for damaged or incomplete shipment must be made within 48 hours of receipt by phone (949.623.8559) or by email to orders@inavcorp.com, and will only be replaced with the same title. Please be sure to reference your online order #.
