Return policy: In order to maintain our competitive pricing, we are unable to accomodate returns unless there is a manufacturer's defect. This insures that every customer receives merchandise in original, factory fresh condition. Returns must be reported within 3 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 10 days.

Zambaiti and Ogallala Down products are drop shipped directly from our vendor to Aiko Luxury Linens customers, and are not returnable unless there is an initial manufacturer's defect.

In the event that any merchandise should be defective, please contact us via email or telephone and we will issue a return authorization. We cannot accept any returns without a return authorization number. All returns must be sent back within 4 days after receipt of purchase, unused and in their original packaging. Returns are for merchandise store credit only which is valid for 6 months. If an item that is not defective is returned, there will be a 20% restocking fee We cannot accept returns on packages that have been opened.

Fabric Swatches:We are pleased to send fabric swatches for most items with a shipping/handling fee of $3.00 per swatch which will be credited towards your purchase from Aiko Luxury Linens (limit $21). If you require a large hanging sample, you may purchase this for $20-$35 + shipping. The hanging sample must be returned in original condition to Aiko Luxury Linens within 10 days after receipt for a refund.

Custom Bedding: Orders for custom linens may only be cancelled or altered within 24 hours after order placement. After that time, orders may not be cancelled without forfeit of the deposit. Custom bedding is not returnable unless there is an initial manufacturer defect.

Shipping & Handling: We ship all our domestic packages insured via UPS ground.
