Its many medicinal qualities have caused it to become symbolic of longevity, and recent claims of memory enhancement have made ginkgo a household word. But none can deny its natural beauty as a motif in Japanese art. Through a special process, impressions are made from, an actual ginkgo leaf, capturing every natural detail of the original.
