
Shipping Information:
Shipping costs are based on shipping weight and handling. RecRooms.com
will either ship your order UPS Ground or curbside via common carrier
(truck) depending upon the weight. Additional S&H fees may apply in
addition to the posted charges shipping into certain locations via
common carrier. If additional charges are incurred, you will be notified
before your order is processed.
Michigan residents
only will be charged 6% sales tax.
Items
that are too heavy or oversized for UPS must ship via common carrier
(truck) and are so posted near the order button. Common carrier services
have two levels:

Curbside - You
will be contacted when your shipment arrives at the delivering terminal
nearest your location to set up a delivery day with a window of
time. Deliveries can be scheduled M-F from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The
truck arrives curbside. A minimum of two people must be present
to accept delivery of larger products (foosball, air hockey, table
tennis table, etc.). The truck drivers are not responsible for getting
products off the truck, but will usually assist.
- Optional Inside Delivery - This
service is available for an additional charge of $150. All shipments
will be sent via common carrier to a third party in-home service company.
You will be contacted by the in-home service company when your shipment
arrives at their location to set up a delivery day and window of time.
Deliveries can be scheduled M-F from 8:00 am - 5:00 PM or Saturday
morning between 8:00 am and 12:00 PM This delivery includes two
drivers who will take the product off the truck and place it inside
the room of your choice, product will be unboxed and the packing materials
will be removed. This delivery does not include product setup,
and total delivery time cannot exceed 30 minutes.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt
(except week-ends). RecRooms.com
will call or email if there is a delay in shipping due to out-of-stock
situations.
UPS Expedited
Shipping:
UPS expedited
shipping is available for limited products. Order must be placed
M-F before 12pm EST and all items must be in inventory. Some items
ship from the manufacturer and expedited shipping options are not
available. RecRooms.com
will call or email if expedited shipping is not available for the
items you selected.

Damaged Items:
RecRooms.com,
Inc.
requires all damages to be reported within 24 hours. This is for
our customers protection.
When signing
a Delivery Receipt (DR) for a game please keep in mind that your
signature acknowledges that you received the item but also the condition
you received the item in. If your game arrives and has visible damage,
please refuse it and call us immediately.
If you have
doubts about the game being damaged but find no exterior flaws,
please mark the Delivery Receipt (DR) accordingly (i.e. box has
several dents, box is torn, pallet destroyed, forklift marks, etc.).
If upon opening
you find a manufacturers defect, we will do everything necessary
to repair or replace your game to factory specifications.
If upon opening
you find concealed freight damage, call the freight company immediately
and RecRooms.com. Save the boxes.
Concealed damage must be reported to the freight company within
24 hours. RecRooms.com will file the freight claim and make
the necessary arrangements in getting a replacement to you and the
salvage picked up.
Order Confirmation:
When you place an order with RecRooms.com,
you will receive an order confirmation by email indicating that
your order was received.

Return Policy
If you wish
to return your order within 10 days of the receipt of your order,
you may return for a full refund, less any/all shipping fees incurred
(Return
shipping charges and arrangements will be the responsibility of
the customer) and
a 20% restocking fee, any item that has not been used and
is in its original condition. The product cannot have been
assembled or used in any way. The product MUST be in the original
box, in resale condition, with the original packaging material.
Please do NOT
return any items without contacting us first! We will issue you
a Return Authorization (RA#) before any item can be returned to
us. RecRooms Direct will refuse any returns not clearly marked with
an RA#. We will not issue any credit for shipments that were refused
and therefore returned to us.
It
is our wish to make your shopping experience enjoyable and our policy
is to protect honest customers and keep our prices low., We are
sure you can appreciate our sincere wishes that you are pleased

Yahoo Store Security:
All online transactions at Yahoo! Stores are handled
with industry-standard SSL encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the
order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted
(scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
For added security, we also encrypt the credit
card number when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to
the merchant.
If you are not the kind of person who worries
about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street, you probably
don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted
on the way to a secure Web site. According to CNN,
"The prevalent opinion...is that on-line credit card use is actually
no riskier for consumers than traditional "low-tech" transactions."
We order products online all the time, both as
a company and as individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something
online, we feel at least as safe as we would using one in a store
or restaurant.
