This contract form applies when the designer of a specific content (e.g. text, photograph, image, audio sequence, video sequence, etc) agrees to assign all its intellectual property rights in and to the said content to a developer who wishes to incorporate it into a multimedia product. This form comes with detailed specifications enabling the parties to crystallize easily and clearly the technical elements of their agreement.
