Secure Shopping

What kind of security do you use? We use the Stronghold secure server that supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption.

Is buying from a Yahoo! Store safe? Buying from a Yahoo! Store is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop here. And when you place an order, you can feel confident that our secure server protects your credit card information. All online transactions at Yahoo! Stores are handled with Industry-Standard SSL Encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to us.

We order products online all the time, both as a company and as individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something online, we feel at least as safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant.

Why does it say I am being redirected to an insecure page? After you place the order, we send you back to the page you last viewed on the site. The order form is secure. Any page on the net that does not contain personal information is not considered secure.

Whenever you are redirected from a secure to an insecure page, the browser issues a warning. And unfortunately, all the security warnings issued by the browser sound equally terrifying, whether they are really important or (as in this case) not.

Yahoo! stores can safely reassure you that your credit card info was not exposed. The message is merely about the page you get sent to after ordering.

Shopping Help

From our store's navigation interface you can find what you want:

• By clicking on individual featured products and specials on the homepage.
• By following the navigation links on the left-hand side to categories of merchandise.
• By searching. See the Search box on the top right, enter the word or words that describe what you're looking for, and click on the arrow button.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Your Order" button near the top of the page.

Placing an Order

Customers can place orders with us over the internet, by U.S. Postal Service, or by phone.

Internet. When you've added everything you would like to purchase into your cart, press checkout, and you'll be guided through our easy-to-complete secure billing and shipping form. We will send you an email confirmation that your order was received and processed, and another email when your order is shipped.

Money orders do not require a waiting period to clear. We ship the moment we receive payment in the mail.

We can only hold items for 21 days. If a check or money order does not arrive to us within that time, the order will be cancelled and items placed back into stock.

Shipping Information

What shipping service do you use for orders? Orders are usually shipped with the U.S. Postal Service. We ship UPS when requested, or if we feel we can reduce your delivery time by doing so.

Is shipping, handling, and insurance included in the final total? Yes, shipping, handling and insurance charges are included automatically in the final price.

How long after my order is placed do you ship? In-stock orders usually are shipped the same or next business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 10AM EST or on Sundays are usually shipped first thing Monday mornings.

Package Delivery

When can I expect my package to arrive? Once the package leaves our shop, usually the same or next business day, it is up to the U.S. Postal Service or UPS to deliver your purchase within their estimated time.

Parcel Post. Please allow 10-14 business days once your order is shipped.

First Class. Please allow 5-7 business days once your order is shipped.

Express Mail.

• There are some select major cities where Express can be received in 2 or 3 days.
• The day after your order is shipped is considered by the U.S. Postal Service and UPS to be the Next-Day, the following day is then considered the 2nd Day. Depending upon your postal zone your Express Mail could arrive next day, or 2nd day.
• Express Mail requires a recipient's signature upon delivery.
• Please note that 2nd Day orders received after 2PM EST will be shipped out the next business day.
• Express Mail delivery is not available to post office boxes, international addresses, or for out-of-stock items.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit? All merchandise we ship is fully insured. All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We will arrange for shipment of your order and will advise you of the estimated shipping dates, but we will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond our control. In case of lost or damaged packages, a copy of your insurance receipt will be provided upon request. It is the responsibility of the customer to file all loss or damage claims with the post office where the package is received.

What about shipping delays? Please allow extra time for your order to arrive due to updated security precautions at the Postal Service and airports.

What if some items I order are not in stock? If your entire order is not available for immediate shipment, we will inform you of the expected delay.

Sales Tax

Do I pay sales tax when shopping your store on the internet? Sales tax is only charged to residents of the state the shop resides in. Pennsylvania residents pay 6% sales tax on orders; all other states are tax-free.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Do you offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee? We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason within 30 days from the date you receive an order from us and you are not completely satisfied, we will issue a prompt exchange, credit, or refund.

What is your return procedure? Please contact us by phone toll free at 866.336.2004 or email kknickerbocker@justpolitics.biz for a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without the Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the returned package.

All merchandise returned for credit or refund must be in original condition including tags and original box. Returns received with any alterations or missing pieces out of the original packaging are not considered to be in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

The item should be packaged securely and insured. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.

When can we expect the refund or exchange? You can expect your refund or exchange within 14 days from the time we receive your return. For credit card orders, please allow one or two statements for your credit to appear.

International Orders

Do you accept international orders? We do require a U.S. billing and shipping address and can only accept orders to be shipped within the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you accept APO/FPO Military Orders? We are pleased to offer U.S. Postal Service mailings to APO/FPO addresses as follows:

• U.S. Postal Service shipping regulations restrict our shipping packages exceeding 108 inches in combined length and girth or 70 pounds in weight.
• We ship Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service, the quickest and safest way to get your purchase from us to you.
• We charge no extra shipping or handling charges for mailing to APO/FPO addresses. You pay no sales tax.
• APO/FPO delivery will take additional time. We typically ship the same or next business day. Priority Mail estimates consider the time from ship point to military post office only. It may take longer to reach you depending upon your location.
• Further restrictions (item, size and weight) may exist in the country in which the APO/FPO address is located. Some items may not be deliverable to these countries. We will notify you if the U.S. Postal Service determines your purchase cannot be delivered due to any restrictions.
• Thank you for making the world a safer place for all of us.

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates from our shop:

• Treat the purchase of a gift certificate as you would any gift item in our shop.
• Select a $10.00, $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, or $100.00 gift certificate. If you would like to give a gift of $20.00, $35.00, $60.00, $150.00, etc., simply purchase combinations of gift certificates that total the gift you want to give.
• Click 'Add to Cart' and you will be taken to our 'Show Order' page. You can then proceed to Check Out or choose to Keep Shopping.
• When you are finished shopping choose to Check Out. You will be brought to a page where you can enter the name and email address of your gift certificate recipient, you may enter your personal message there as well.

Anything else I need to know?

• Gift certificates are non-transferable and must be redeemed by purchasing products available through our online store.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Any unused certificate balance will be credited back to the recipient's credit card.
• The balance due on an order that exceeds the gift certificate amount must be paid by recipient's credit card.
• Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
• We regret that we cannot replace lost or stolen certificates.

Do you have a discount for returning customers? We would like to extend to you, the returning customer, a 10% discount off your order every time you shop with us!

A personalized code will be sent to you after your second order has been placed.

What are the shipping charges for large orders of single items? We charge the actual shipping rate, with no special handling fees. Our standard shipping rates listed on this site do not apply to large orders of single items.

There are no returns for quantity orders, excluding damage in shipping or manufacturer's defects.

We respect your privacy. We do not share any information you give us with third parties. The information is used to process your order, reply to your questions, and improve our site and our service.
