Credit Card Processing - Karate-Mart does not process credit card charges
until the day the order is shipped. Be sure to give us a card that will accept the charges. If your card is declined, you will be informed through by e-mail. Be sure to enter your email address accurately and use an address that you check regularly. The Yahoo shopping system does not allow us to change it if you make a mistake - which means that you will not receive our emails concerning your order.
Shipping - Karate-Mart ships products from our Arizona stores Monday–Saturday. Plan on one to two weeks to receive your order. You will receive an email when your order is shipped. If you are in a hurry and need a product quicker than this, email us before placing the order to see if we can get it out to you sooner. Otherwise, plan on this general time frame. If you specify "Express mail" when you place your order, this does not mean you will receive your products in one or two days. We may have to order the product in but when it does ship it will ship the method you indicated.
Shipping Charges - To learn what the shipping charges will be before placing your order; first select the products & quantities you would like to order and enter the shipping address information.
After clicking on the
Continue With Order button your charges will be displayed with shipping costs included. However, your order will not yet be recorded. Should you want to change anything regarding your order including cancelling the order completely -
just click on the
No: Do Not Order button, and then continue.
Bulk / Oversized item fees for products indicating an oversize item charge (Like wavemasters or punching bags)
are not included in the
calculated costs at the time the order is processed on the internet system.
For items of this type, an oversize charge of $15.00 to $25.00 (depending on where in the U.S. you live) will be added to the invoice at the time of packaging.
These charges are not listed in the invoice at the time the on-line order is completed.
We no longer ship to out of country locations and or apo's.

Inquiries on Orders If you have not received your order when expected -
don't call - just email us with your
order number and the name associated with your order. Email inquiries received during weekdays are generally responded to within two working days.
Returns and Exchanges Send all returns to: Karate-Mart 1409 W. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85013. New merchandise
(not washed, worn, altered or soiled), and suitable for resale may be returned in their original packaging for
exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase - however there will be a 15% restocking charge on all returned merchandise. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of the shipping date. Also, returns
will not be accepted on custom or discontinued products. Broken videos can only be returned for exchange of the same video. There will be no refunds on broken video tapes. All Weapons sales are final.
Wrap merchandise securely and return via U.P.S., Fed-Ex,or insured parcel post.
You will be credited by the original method of payment excluding shipping and handling charges.
The cost to ship an exchange back to you will be charged to your original credit card unless you specify differently in a note accompanying your return.
Weapons - are sold for training only under expert supervision, for demonstration of
forms, collection, or display. Some weapons may be illegal in your area; user
must research and follow state and local laws. Karate-Mart.com or Karate Mart, Inc. is not
responsible for improper or illegal use or modification of its weapons. Weapons
training requires: appropriate safety gear, including head, face, eye, and mouth
protection and other guards and suitable for the particular weapon and techniques
being practiced and a safe training environment set up to avoid injury to people or
objects. To decrease chances of injury, user should respect weapon(s), inspect
them before each use to insure they are in proper condition and not use them for
sparring or contact. Weapons will not be sold to anyone under 18 years of
age Karate-Mart.com or Karate Mart, Inc. recommends that instructors limit children and
beginners to the use of foam rubber or foam-covered practice weapons and/or
wooden blades.
Training equipment and accessories - Users should: consult physicians before
beginning an exercise program; train only under the supervision of a qualified
instructor who insures that equipment is in good condition and responsibly
monitors students and drills; and know and respect their own limitations.
Sparring gear - is intended to reduce the risk and severity of accidental injury to
protected areas during supervised, no contact or light contact martial arts
sparring. It is for martial arts sparring only and not for other more intense
uses.(e.g., full contact sparring, boxing, bag work, weapons training, other sports
activities or uses, etc.). It is only for use under the supervision of a skilled
instructor who responsibly monitors techniques and intensity of sparring and
assures that students are properly trained and physically conditioned. All sparring
participants should wear full sets of equipment and not use old, modified, damaged or improperly fitted Equipment.
