We have specialized in halogen lighting and systems since we opened in 1995. The companies we carry are the leaders in design
and materials. We have made a point to carry high quality fixtures; many of which are pieces of art. In fact, we've dropped many companies which did not value quality, price and the level of customer service we expect; since we do our best to excel in each of those areas.
We stock low voltage cable
and rail system and can answer any question regarding these systems you might have.
We are a small, family run business. This means that you will
get personalized attention and won't be passed off to random
sales people who know nothing of your situation.
Guarantee:
If you don't like it, we're not going to force you to be stuck with it. Contact us for an RMA before you ship your item back. After we have carefully checked it over to make sure it's fine, we'll refund your money less a 20% restocking fee.
You can cancel orders. If your item is not in transit (either from the factory to us, or from us to you) then there is no extra fee. If your item is in transit then we'll have to charge a restocking fee.
*We are flexible* We can make accomodations beforehand. Just don't be afraid to ask.
Please note that due to safety issues, we cannot accept returns on transformers or dimmers.
Payments:
Payments are made in full at the time we receive the order.
Shipping:
Our standard shipping is with UPS Ground Service. Shipping is free for orders over $50.00.
If you would prefer a different shipping method, please let us know.
If expediated shipping is required, or if your item is too large for normal ground shipment, additional shipping charged will be added to the order.
International Shipping:
International shipping charges will be determined after we receive the order. Different countries have different rates. After we get an exact amount, we will email the shipping charge to you. If everything is still fine, we'll go ahead with the ordering process.
Typographical Errors:
In plain english: we're not perfect.
In legaleze: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error on the site, halogenlighting.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the order and halogenlighting.com decides to cancel such order,
your card shall be immediately credited the charged amount.
But we'll do our best to avoid any such problems.
