return the memory for replacement at no charge. As it was, I had inserted the memory
wrong and did not need to replace it.

problem that I had was as follows. I ordered a replacement keyboard for a
laptop. My options for a Compaq Presario were 1200 series replacement or 1600 series
replacement. What was left out was the fact that each series has 5 different
keyboards that are not interchangeable. I received the wrong keyboard. In
there defense, they paid for express shipping for my return and sent out the right
keyboard."
