FAQ What about sales tax? We are required by law to charge 6.5% sales tax to orders shipped within the State of Minnesota only.Is there any assembly required for the cat furniture?
 Cat Fiesta Furniture: None of the Cat Fiesta pieces are fully assembled. Cat Fiesta cat furniture is shipped flat-packed and, depending on the model, approximately 20-30 minutes easy assembly time is required (an instruction manual will be enclosed in each box). A flat screwdriver is the only tool you will need. (We recommend you re-tighten all hardware (2) days after assembly to guarantee stability.)
 Other cat furniture: Some pieces are shipped fully assembled while others require some easy assembly. See the individual item for detailed information.
What about shipping costs?
 Cat Fiesta Furniture: Shipping is free on all models (WITHIN CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY).
 Other Cat Furniture: Shipping rates vary depending on the model you choose. See individual item for shipping rates.

How do you ship and when should I expect delivery?
 Cat Fiesta Furniture: Your order will ship within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground delivery . Please see our U.S. Transit Map page for actual transit time (in business days) to your state once your order has shipped.
 Other Cat Furniture: Some pieces ship via UPS Ground delivery and some pieces ship via Federal Express . Shipping time varies depending on the model you choose. See individual item for shipping method/shipping time. Transit time, in business days, needs to be added to shipping time to figure total delivery time.
 All other store items: See individual item for shipping method/shipping time. Transit time, in business days, needs to be added to shipping time to figure total delivery time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or anywhere else outside the U.S.? Not at this time, sorry.
How will I know if you received my order? If you provided us with an e-mail address, you will receive e-mail confirmation after you place your order. We will also notify you once your order ships and inform you of the scheduled delivery date.
What if I want to cancel my order? If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please let us know by e-mail or phone as soon as possible (within 24 hours). You won't be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
What is your return policy? We want you to feel 100% confident shopping with us; therefore, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee (Less S&H Fee) if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you wish to return an item, all we ask is that you meet the following conditions:
 Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
 Item must be mailed back (postmarked) within 14 days of receipt...sorry, no exceptions.
 The returned item, along with the original box and packing materials, must be in resellable condition before we can credit your account.
 Please contact us by e-mail for return instructions prior to returning your item. Please do not return any items to us directly.
 There are no restocking fees....WITH THE EXCEPTION OF Pet Steps IV and Tall Pet Steps (see "RETURN POLICY" on these steps' pages for restocking fees).
 If you paid us with your credit card, please allow (2) billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement (it usually doesn't take that long). If you paid us with a money order, cashier's check or personal check, we will issue you a refund check.
 SPECIAL NOTE: We do not accept returns other than defective merchandise after product is assembled and/or used for some of our "Cat Furniture Purr-fection" models [applies to models with asterisk (*)].
What if I want an exchange? If you would like an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. All of the above return policy instructions apply in this instance.
What if I received a defective/broken item? If by chance you receive an item that is defective/broken, please e-mail us within (3) days. Please do not accept a package with visible damage. Rest assured that every order is fully insured.
What if you shipped the wrong
item? If you received an incorrectly shipped item, we will replace it with the correct item, postage paid; please e-mail us for return instructions.
How safe is my credit card information? When you buy from Catgrace.com, your credit card purchase is processed in real-time by secure eCommerce servers (industry-standard, secure SSL encryption) run by Yahoo.com. Your card couldn't be safer!
How do I pay you? We accept Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, and PayPal. We also accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. Please know that your credit card is not charged until your order has shipped, with the exception of custom-made orders (credit card is charged at time of order).
If you wish to pay by money order or cashier's check, we ship upon receipt. If you wish to pay by check, we ship
