Exchanges
If you buy a Guayabera and want to exchange it, simply send it back to us. Exchanges will be accepted within two weeks of the receipt of the order. Any difference in pricing will be processed through the original credit card. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition. Guayaberas that are damaged, discolored, stained, or changed in any way will not be accepted for an exchange. If a Guayabera that is not in its original condition is returned for exchange, the Guayabera will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Exchanges must be sent via UPS or Federal Express with a copy of the sales receipt to:

Our Shipping and Receiving Department is always bustling. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that a representative will always be immediately available to sign for or to receive in hand any packages. We therefore recommend that you do not use any delivery service or option that requires signatures. Additionally, any packages that are held by a carrier, pending signature or physical pickup, will be the responsibility of the customer at the customer's expense.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return a Guayabera, we will gladly accept the garment back and refund you the full purchase price plus any sales tax. A refund of any shipping and handling charges is not available unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.
In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective Guayabera, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax, original shipping costs, and return shipping costs (must be UPS Ground shipping).
Once your return is processed we will issue a credit within 5 business days of receipt of your return. The credit will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Coupon Policies General
Periodically, we will share coupon discounts exclusively with all those on our email contact list. Sign up to ensure that you receive these great offers.
Coupons do not apply to wholesale or bulk orders.
Free Shipping
Any coupons that include free shipping apply ONLY on the original order - when the coupon is originally exercised. Free shipping is not extended to returns or exchanges.
Discounts

Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with exchanges that include additional items. Exchanges must be for equally priced items in order for coupon code to be applied, and exchanges to be processed without additional charges.
