In the event that you are not satisfied we want to make the return as simple as possible. Your order will come with an invoice that has a return label for mailing at the bottom. Please use that label to return any unaltered, unworn item that has not meet your standards. Returns need to be made within 45 days of the invoice date in the original package. We highly recommend that you return merchandise using UPS who will provide a tracking number to ensure your delivery. We cannot be responsive to your request without receiving your return in our hands. Shipping & Packaging Our usual shipping method is UPS ground. In addition to UPS ground we offer 2nd day air. Delivery generally takes 6-10 business days. Your merchandise will be carefully packed and shipped once order is processed. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. *WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS,so any of our International customers may email us for quotes on any items and we will accept a mail in International Money Order as payment payable in US FUNDS.
