Welcome to the Lots of Robots Store. I set this store up for the sole purpose of selling DVDs and character animation tools from the animated film project call "LOR". Each year I hope to add a new installment to the story and make the movie longer and longer. Each DVD will also contain tutorials and how-to movies that I think 3d animation fans will learn from and really enjoy.
Lots of Robots is a company of one... Me, Andy Murdock. The movie "LOR" was created, animated and scored entirely by one person. The goal is to fund the production of "LOR" with the DVD and software sales.
The Lots of Robots store is run out of my home, so I hope you understand if I choose not to publish my phone number or address. andy@lotsofrobots.comAutomatron Return Policy ~ Automatron version 1.0 is delivered via internet download only. All sales are final. Your credit card will not be charged until you send in an Automatron authorization request or 15 days have passed since the software purchase, which ever comes first.
DVD Return and Exchange Policy
Once I send you a DVD, I can not accept DVD returns or exchanges except for the following reasons.
1. If the DVD and/or DVD case you receive is visibly damaged and will not play I will send you a new one right away at no extra charge. Please just send me an email.
2. If the DVD you receive is not visibly damaged and still will not play, I will ask you to test the DVD another DVD player or players, preferably a new consumer TV top model. If the DVD plays in the other player or players, then sending you a new DVD won't help us because the problem is most likely with your DVD players compatibility with the DVD, sending a new DVD will not help.If you have tried to play the DVD in several player and still cannot find a DVD player to play the DVD correctly then I will send you a new one at no extra charge. To date I have only had to send out 5 replacement DVDs out of 1000.
3. If you do not receive the DVD in a timely manner after I send you a notice that it has been sent, it may have been lost in the mail. Orders in the U.S.A take 3-7 days, sometimes sooner, sometimes longer. Orders to the rest of the world usually take 3 - 10 days unless your local customs agency decides to sit on it a while. Be warned, I go on vacation once in a while, but your credit card will not be charged until I send you a DVD. To date I have only had to re-send 4 DVDs.
Returns can not be made for reasons of compatibility with your DVD player. Returns can not be made because you decided that you don't like it, don't need it or changed your mind about buying it.
