Monogramming
Surray Luggage has been in business since 1954, and we value the old-fashioned approach of giving individualized attention to all of our customers. Accordingly, we are happy to offer free monogramming on any product purchased from us providing the product is "monogrammable." That means there must be leather on the product accessible by our monogrammers.
Monograms are performed by our expert monogrammers, most of whom have decades of experience. We leave all monograms up to the discretion of our experts, who typically use gold or silver foil to make the impression on your product depending on the style of the product or the hardware on the piece being monogrammed if applicable.
How does monogramming effect the ship-time of your product? Monogramming
will generally have no impact on the time it will take for your item to be
shipped to you. We will notify you if there are any problems or time concerns
with respect to your item being monogrammed.
We will monogram three of your initials onto the leather. A majority of the time people provide their first, middle, and last initial, in that order. On the product description page you will have the ability to supply the initials you want monogrammed on your product. There will be three boxes on the form, and you can enter one initial per box. Monogramming is not available for items that do not have the three monogramm initials boxes.
Monogramming is not an exact science, but we believe we have the best monogrammers in the business. Monograms are permanent, and monogrammed items are not returnable for any reason. |
