TO VALIDATE YOUR MARCHING BAND ARRANGING LICENSE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. After downloading the Manhattan Beach Music “License to Arrange,” please fill in all the blanks, specifically: your name, your school name and address, and your contact information (e-mail, phone, fax). 2. Please sign and date the license. 3. We will verify your credit card billing address information and upon verification we will charge your credit card $150 per license, and then we will E-mail your license Serial Number to you. 4. Please write the Serial Number in the space provided on your license, at which time your license will be valid.
