Shipping Policy:

All in stock items that you order will usually ship on the same or next business day. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Since we are located in New York, states close to us (New York, New Jersey, Pensylvania, and all of the east coast) usually will receive their order within just a few days of ordering. West coast is a little longer, (around a week)

Credit Card Charge:

If we ship out only part of your order we will charge only for the part that we ship. Any back order will arrive without a freight charge. Your credit card will only be charged for the item you receive.

Return Policy:

Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly un-used, un-worn, un-damaged merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when we sent it to you. Please do not use something and break it and send it back. We can only take back a legitimate defect and not an illegitimate breakage. Refund and exchange given within 30 days after your order arrives. No exchange can be made after 30 days. If you need to exchange an Item we will exchange an Item once with no extra shipping charge to you. Exchanging an item twice will incurr a shipping charge to the customer. Cancellation:

Customer has the right to cancel any order before it has shipped out, however, once your order has been shipped, we can not get it back. If you really do not want it, you may refuse delivery and the package will come back to us. We will then credit you for the full amount less the shipping charge,(which incurred when you placed your order)and a 10% restocking fee.
