UPS Ground Residential $ 8.50 (4-7 business days),
UPS Ground Commercial $ 6.25 addresses validated by UPS (4-7 business days),
UPS 2nd Day Air $16.50 (2nd business day - No weekends);
UPS Next Day Air $39.95 (Next business day - No weekends);
USPS Priority Mail $ 6.75 (2-3 business days) USED FOR ALL APO / FPO ORDERS
USPS Express Mail $21.95 (1-2 days - No Sunday or Holiday deliveries)

Time in transit estimates are from time of shipment and orders usually ship next business day. Items marked out of stock will be shipped as soon as available. Where an order includes items marked out of stock we may hold the order until it can be shipped complete.

Please note that many of our products are produced for us in Europe, especially razors, shaving brushes, soaps and manicure sets. Due to manufacturing lead times and international shipping schedules, please contact us for backorder shipping estimates for out of stock items.

Your credit card transaction will not be finalized for back order items until the item is shipped. Shipping charges are clearly indicated, and are not refundable.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. You may return orders unused, in new condition and in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. For health reasons we are unable to accept returns on personal care products such as razors, shaving brushes and manicure implements unless defective.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error. UPS Ground or Priority Mail shipping and handling charges will be applied to return orders that received free ground shipping.

Important! Please E-mail Customer Service for a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at your expense.

International Orders

Sorry, we do not accept international orders online.

Please include your credit card number along with the expiration date, verification code (CVV), billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers and email address. For security purposes, please do not email credit card information. We will contact you by email if we need additional details.

International shipments are billed in US Dollars and shipped insured via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days). Please note that you are responsible for any restrictions or prohibitions, taxes, import duty, brokers fees in your home country. Check with your local customs office for details.
