The handle and disks turn smoothly with a comfortable knob, efficiently separating skins and seeds from fruits and vegetables. Three brackets stabilize the mill over a bowl or pot. A unique locking spring plate applies constant pressure to the turning blade, pushing food quickly and easily through the graters. This plastic and metal mill is easy to assemble, disassemble, and clean, and it never rusts! Comes with 3 interchangeable stainless steel disks for fine, medium, and coarse purees.
