Orders Ship Within 1-3 Business Days
Merchandise on our website ships from our distribution center, or from different locations. Multiple item orders may not ship from the same location, and could arrive separately. Orders shipping in the Continental United States should be received within 5-10 business days excluding Drop Ship items. We ship our products USPS and UPS. International orders may take longer, depending on the distance, location and carrier.
Natural Baby Shipping Charges
Our standard shipping charges for Natural Baby for the U.S., APO's & FPO's are only $.75 per pound plus $5.95 packaging & handling charge.
For RUSH delivery, call 1-800-722-5282 and press 2 for Customer Service by 12:00 pm EST weekdays if the order needs to ship the same day. Otherwise, all RUSH orders placed online will ship the next business day. We offer Next Day and 2nd Day delivery (UPS does not deliver on weekends) for the U.S. and Canada. Next Day Air is an additional charge of $30 for East Coast, $40 for the Midwest, $50 for West Coast and $60 for Canada which is added to the standard shipping charges. 2nd Day Air is an additional charge of $15 for East Coast, $25 for the Midwest, $35 for West Coast and $45 for Canada which is added to the standard shipping charges.
Please note: Oversize and Drop Ship items, as indicated in product descriptions, cannot be rushed.Shipping charges for orders to be delivered to Canada are also calculated based on the actual weight of the total order. Our shipping charges for Natural Baby in Canada are $2.50 per pound plus $6.95 packaging & handling charge.
Drop Shipped
Items
Selected items (usually very large or personalized items) are "drop-shipped" to you directly by our supplier. These items are indicated as such in the product description section. These items are charged to your credit card upon release of the order to our drop-shipper. Please allow an extra 1-2 or 3-4 weeks, depending on the item, for these items to reach you due to the time it takes to personalize the items or the fact it must be shipped by truck because it is too large for air shipment. We're sorry, but some of these very large items cannot be shipped outside Continental North America. You will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged in full when your order is processes. You will be notified via email of items that may be back-ordered. These items are expected to ship within 30 days unless otherwise notified. All credit card information you provide is considered strictly confidential and restricted solely to our order processing use. Our web site is secured so your credit card information cannot be accessed by anyone else. (See our Security Policy section for more details.)If you pay by credit card, the charge will appear as KidsStuff.com on your credit card statement.
Easy Returns
When you receive your order you will find a packing slip included in your box. If you need to exchange an item (different size, color, etc.) simply re-order the correct item right away so we can have it on the way to you. Then fill out the form on the reverse side of your packing slip and return it to us along with the merchandise to: Natural Baby, 7090 Whipple Ave NW, North Canton, Ohio, 44720, USA. We will process your return within 72 hours of receipt and credit your credit card. Be sure to tell us the reason for your return or exchange - your input will help us to know if we need to improve on a product or offer better descriptive or sizing information. Unused items returned in their original packaging (in the same condition you would like it shipped to you) within 30 days will be refunded for the full purchase price less shipping and handling charges. We will not accept opened packages back.
Personalized items, opened videos, tapes and CDs are not returnable.
Mail Preference Service
- U.S. Post Office Mail: Occasionally we allow other carefully
screened companies to mail their catalogs to you. However, if you do not wish
to be included, please let us know by mailing us a copy of your mailing label
along with your request. Or e-mail us your request and be sure to include your
full mailing address as it reads on your mailing label.
- E-mail: If you are on our e-mail list or newsletter because you
have provided us your e-mail address within our site and you now want to be
removed from our list, please e-mail us at remove@jeannieskidsclub.com with the word "Remove" in
the subject line and we will see that your address is deleted from our
list.
