By placing an order with us, you agree to our
terms and sales policy below.

FREE Shipping Offer Means Shipping
Included
Shipping and Handling charges are included in the price for products shipped to the
contiguous US destinations, however the
actual charges will not show up on your invoice, it will be included in the
price of the item.
Multiple Addresses
Please note if you place an order and provide a different shipping address from
the billing address, we may require additional information from you in order to
process the order. Once we receive your order we will email you with further
instructions.
Also please be aware that Shipping Companies now
charge $6 for address corrections. Please make sure that your Shipping Address
is correct and if you have an apartment number to make sure you add that as
well.
ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE US
Please note orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may require
additional charges. We will email you if additional money is required.
ORDERS SHIPPED TO CANADA - up to about 25
pounds and up to about 20"x20"x10" in size
Orders shipped to Canada may be charged additional taxes or import fees
when your item(s) arrive. These charges are from brokers and shipping companies
and are beyond our control and are NOT INCLUDED in our price. Please check with
your local area for details. We do
ship small items to Canada up to about 25 pounds and up to about 20"x20"x10"
in size. The shopping cart will provide a shipping amount however should the actual
shipping and handling charges be more we will email you prior to processing the

For heavy items such as gyms, treadmills,
weights, etc., please email us prior to ordering as many of our companies will
not ship these items to Canada.

How Long Does It Take For My
Order To Arrive?
All orders are processed the
same day and most of our products ship out right away. Orders received on weekends
and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note some products
ship directly from the manufacturer which may delay shipping time. If time
is a concern, please contact us for shipping times.

generally take 3 - 14 days (FedEx, UPS, DHL or Post Office) depending on destination
in the contiguous US destinations.

take 1 - 3 weeks (sometimes longer if items is out of stock)

shipped outside the contiguous US can take up to 21 business days to
arrive and
may be charged additional
charges.
Tracking Info: We issue
tracking numbers via Email within 24 hours of shipment for all UPS, USPS,
DHL and FedEx items.

Delivery
Guidelines
Care is taken when packaging your order before shipping, but on occasion a
shipment may be damaged in transit. At the time your package is received, it is
your responsibility to check for damages or shortages and make sure it is noted
on all copies of the freight bill describing the damage or shortage in detail.
It is your right to refuse any shipment that shows signs of damage or shortage
at the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for damaged
or shortage of merchandise once you have acknowledge and signed that the
shipment is clear of any damage or shortage.
Before you sign the delivery
receipt or freight bill, and before the driver leaves: Again please note this is
large items only that are shipped freight.

Verify the number of cartons.

Thoroughly inspect your shipment for any damage
or shortage.

If damage or shortages are discovered, you must
make a notation on all copies of the freight bill describing the shortage or
damage in detail.

Your signature on the delivery receipt is an
acknowledgement that the shipment was received in good condition and without
any damage or shortage.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged
or shortage of merchandise once you have acknowledge and signed that the
shipment is clear of any damage or shortage.
Shipping Via Freight
IMPORTANT NOTE
For Heavy Gyms, Treadmills And Heavy Products
The credit card holder must sign for the
item when it is delivered. ALL shipments will require the card holder's
signature. These products are extremely heavy and
are shipped by large freight trucks. These freight companies will only bring
your product to the back of the truck (Curb-Side Delivery). Delivery persons
will not carry goods beyond the end of the truck. It is the customer's
responsibility to take the goods off the truck and into the home or office.
Inside delivery and/or setup can be requested for an additional charge. Extra
charges apply for lift gate service, inside delivery and/or set-up.

Refunds/Returns
Exchanges and Returns
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you're not satisfied with your
purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.
All exchange/return requests must be received within 10 days from the date your
you received your order for your exchange/return to be granted. Items must be
returned in original packaging and packing material. Any item in new, unused and
resalable condition can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund or
exchange.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchanges, you will be charged to reship the exchanged item
back to you. Customer will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to
ship the item back to us.
Refunds
Please note for refunds, there will be a restocking fee (up to 20%) and shipping charges
are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs
to ship the item back to us.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, we
require a Return Authorization before any return can be granted. For a Return

Please note: You are responsible for
insuring your package to guard against loss or damage along with all fees and
shipping costs associated to ship the item back to us.
Order Cancellations/Refused
Shipments*
Once you submit your order it cannot be
changed or canceled. ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IN
ORDER TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. To obtain an "Authorization Number" you must call us
at 1-727-943-8195.
Failure to call us to cancel your order
will be subject to a ( 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways). Any
refusal of a product after it has been shipped will also be subject to a ( 20%
restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways). Customer will be responsible for
shipping charges for all returns, order cancellations and refused orders.
*Once
we receive your return and your returned product complies with our refund/return
policy, we will send you a check or credit your credit card for the credit
(depending how order was paid) within
21 business days.
