How do I place an order and is it safe?
You can place a secure order on this web site. Add items to your shopping basket by choosing a size (if applicable), quantity, and then clicking on the “Order” button. When you are finished shopping, click on the “Show Order” button on the left hand side of this page and follow the ordering instructions.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Please note that your credit card statement will read "Klarity Fulfillment."
If you prefer, you can call us at 800-458-6405 (M-F, 8:30am - 5pm, EST). Fax your order to 207-873-3924. Or, you can mail your order along with credit card number and expiration date or check to:

What are your shipping and handling methods and charges?
We ship most items via the US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders usually arrive in 5 to 7 business days from the order date. We can ship all items, except posters, overnight via USPS Express Mail for an additional $20 per order. Orders must be placed by 12:00 pm EST to ensure delivery the following business day. Please make sure to ship items to your postal mailing address.
Shipping & Handling Charges within the U.S.:
Up to $25 = $4.95
$25.01 to $40 = $6.95
$40.01 to $55 = $8.95
$55.01 to $75 = $10.95
$75.01 to $95 = $12.95
Please add $2.00 for each additional $40 ordered.
Canadian orders please add $5 to the costs above.
All other international orders, please call us at 207-873-3911 (M-F, 8:30am - 5pm, EST). Fax your order to 207-873-3924. Or, email us at nfstore@divcom.com. Due to the high volume of fradulent international orders, we cannot process them over the Internet at this time.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! We offer gift certificates in $25.00 increments for use in the National Fisherman Store. Gift certificates are “virtual” and recipients will receive an email from us that explains who sent them a gift certificate and how they can redeem it. Gift certificates cannot be used towards magazine subscriptions at this time.
What is your return policy?
Refunds are available for products returned within 30 days of the order date. Freight charges are not refunded.

Include a copy of the packing slip with the reason for the return. Please specify if you would like to exchange it or receive a refund.
We pride ourselves in selling quality merchandise. If you have a defective product, please email or call us and we’ll be happy to replace it.
