Ordering over internet
Ordering over the Net is safe and easy. When you order
from nsiradio.com over the internet, you connect with our
secure server which protects your credit card and personal
information. Explorer users will see a lock. Netscape
users should see the unbroken key symbol when you connect
with our ordering page. If you would prefer to order via
FAX, phone, or mail, those options are available.
Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive
an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.
Shipping
Most orders ship out via UPS or USPS the same business day (M-F)
received. We will contact you if we have any questions
regarding your order, or if there will be a significant
delay in processing your order.
United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS Priority Mail are our standard methods of
shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii for small orders sent by USPS.
Canada We ship to Canada daily. USPS Express or Priority mail is the least expensive way. Please contact us with questions about logging roads frequencies, we have most frequencies for Interior BC preset for F3021T radios out of the box. $29 programming fee/order.
Australia We have many clients in Australia and New Zealand. Files for Australian CB frequencies available for mobile radios. Shipping by Priority mail takes about a week and estimate $45 for mobile, $35/handheld. We swap charger to 220V.
Most of our products are designed for use in the United
States. It is your responsibility to use them in
compliance with all local laws.
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be
damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. E-mail

With all returns, please include your name, shipping
address, credit card number and expiration date, copy of
your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with
your return - i.e. credit your account, exchange for
