Larsen plays the 37-rank Wurlitzer 4m installed in 1929, enlarged in 1993. The 13-piece orchestra directed by Jack Bethards includes first-rate professional players and masters of the swing style. Bethards, president of the Schoenstein Organ Company of San Francisco, is a leading expert on American popular and light classical music and consults to film and record producers, advertising agencies, and performing arts organizations.
