How to Order
Order Online: using our secure server
To place an order online, click on any product image.
Choose the quantity you want and follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.
Buying from us is easy and secure. For every item, there will be a click to order button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.
You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking View Shopping Cart button. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and will include your order number. You can feel confident that our secure server protects your credit card information.

Credit Card Safety
We share your concern for the safety and security of your credit card and other personal information. Feel safe in the knowledge that our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards will be billed as Personalized for Baby.
Personal Checks and Money Orders
We are glad to accept your personal check or money order. Your check or money order must be in US funds. Make your checks payable to Personalized For Baby. Please be aware that paying by check will slow down the shipment of your order as we will hold ALL personal checks for 7 days for funds to clear.

Shipping Charges and Information
Order Processing and Availability
Most of the items on our site are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. Our order processing dept. is open Monday - Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Although you may choose to have your orders shipped overnight or two day air, please be aware that, although these orders are given priority over items ordered with standard shipping methods it is often not possible to ship some of our items any faster than is indicated by the availability on that items page. If you do need an item the next day, please call us and if we can accommodate you we will. Please be aware that from Halloween through Christmas orders may take longer. Please consider this when placing holiday orders.
Shipping Charges and Methods
We currently ship using UPS Ground, UPS Air Services, or USPS Mail.
Standard Shipping
Standard delivery takes from 2-6 days depending upon where the item is being delivered. Below is chart which shows the approximate delivery time from our location.
All shipments have tracking number that is provided at the time of the order shipment. You can use that number to track your package.
Express Service
If you are in a rush to receive your order Express shipping is also offered as a shipping option. This method of shipment is guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 business days. Please be aware that the delivery time DOES NOT include order processing time. If you need an order in a rush please feel free to contact us to see if we can expedite the order for you.
International Orders
International shipping will not be calculated in the shopping cart during checkout. Once we receive your order we will caculated the shipping charges and you will receive a shipping quote via email (usually whithin one business day). You must approve the shipping charges by replying to the shipping quote email whithin 72 hours or we will cancel your order. We will only ship international orders using the US Postal Service.
Customer Pickup
Customers may pick up there orders in our stockbridge store. If you would like to pick your order up please indicate in the comments of your order that you would like to pick your order up, and we will call you when your order is ready to be picked up. Shipping charges will appear at checkout, but will be removed prior to processing the order.
Changes in Shipping
From time to time, it is necessary to deliver via a different carrier from your selection during the order process. This is always done in an effort to get your product to you as quickly as possible. If we change your choice of carrier you will be notified by email of the change, and you will receive a service that is equal in value to your selection. For example if UPS next day was not available in your delivery area we would ship your order USPS express mail.
Gift Orders
Most of our items can be gift wrapped and sent with your personal message. (some items can't be gift wrapped and that is indicated on the item's individual order page). Just indicate gift wrap and enter your gift card text in the appropriate area during the checkout process. We do not charge for this service. We can also ship to multiple addresses. Each address in a multiple address order should be treated as a new order. Simply submit a new order for every address that you are shipping to.
Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address you will be charged to re-ship the item (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing). We can't be responsible for items lost in the mail due to an incorrect address.
Return Policy
Personalized For Baby stands behind our products. Your satisfaction with our product is our highest priority. If you are unhappy with a product that you have received, we will make it right. We will be happy to accept your non-personalized items back for either a refund or store credit (please note shipping charges will NOT be refunded on items being returned). Just call us and make arrangements for your orders return.
Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be fixed or replaced. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
If you have received an item as a gift and there is a problem with an item please call us and be prepared to give us the identification number that was included with your gift card. This enables us to identify your order. Gift order returns will receive store credit or an exchange for the same item.
If the item is being returned due to damage, defect or our error we will make arrangements to have the item returned to us at our expense. Replacement items will not be sent until the original item is received.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How long does it take to receive an order?
Most orders take 2-3 business days for processing. Once your order is processed how long it takes for shipping will depend on the shipping method you selected.
I don't see exactly what I am looking for, do you do special orders?
Yes. We have over 12,000 designs available and can not possibly display them all on the site. If you have something special in mind call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The birthday party is tomorrow! Can you get it to me on time!
Well.. Maybe.. Although it generally takes 2-3 days to process orders. If you have an "emergency" we can try to accommodate you. But call us, so that we can let you know if it is possible.
Can I pay by check?
Yes. Just print your order form and send it with your check made out to Memory Lane. We do however hold all personal checks for 7 business days before shipping your order.
How can I check the status of my order
You should have received an email confirmation with a link that you can use to check the status of your order. Or you can call us at 678-916-0396 or email us at sales@personalizedforbaby.com and we will gladly give you an updated status of your pending order.
