that people’s attention span increases if they have something to
manipulate in their fingers. The key is to give trainees quiet toys that
are hand-sized and fun. Tangles

Rewards and Recognition
Award training attendees who win contests or who
perform at the top of their class. A variety of products will work,

participants enter, give out different objects (such as a bite

ring). People need to sit at the table that has the same toys. This
is a great way to mix people up and encourage networking.

Trainees will be reminded of important messages long after the
training session has ended. For example, a
