I was a little leery of purchasing a $3000 plasma TV from an unknown, seemingly small online merchant, but I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was excellent from my first phone call to the numerous follow-up phone calls from the company regarding my purchase. I was disappointed that the item wasn't initially in stock and kept getting delayed, but that was no fault of the store as they were awaiting shipment from the manufacturer. Nevertheless, the vendor kept me updated as to the progress of the order and final shipment and they initiated numerous phone calls after delivery to ensure the order was delivered satisfactorily and that I was satisfied with the purchase. I would definitely recommend this vendor for future purchases.
