Shipment Tracking:
You will receive a personal tracking number from us via email once your order has been shipped for you to personally monitor its progress in transit. (Please supply a correctly spelled email address you check regularly for this service, order corrections, status and tracking correspondence in the event we are unable to reach you by telephone to avoid delays in order fulfillment. We are not in the business of selling addresses or sending unsolicited email. We value our reputation and respect your privacy.) NOTE: In some instances, you may not always receive your tracking numbers immediately on the shipping date. That doesn't necessarily mean your order hasn't shipped, it may just mean that we haven't received that particular batch of tracking numbers in yet or there may be a slight lag time in posting.

PLEASE NOTE: Products are shipped manufacturer direct from skilled craftsman in various locations within the U.S. and Canada, therefore time in transit will differ dependent upon the type of item ordered and distance to final destination. When multiple items are ordered and shipped to the same address, free shipping method will be determined by manufacture which may include commercial motor freight to lessen risk of order separation and damage.

UPS/FedEx DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:
Under certain circumstances, carriers will not leave package(s) unless they receive a signed note instructing them to do so. If you wish delivery in your absence, please be prepared to leave a signed note.

Accepting UPS/FedEx Furniture Delivery: Consumers have a right to inspect package contents when accepting delivery from handler and noting any appearance of damage when signing. Also, if you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please keep all packaging and contact ADAMS about the damage as soon as possible so you can receive a timely replacement.

If you are not home when your order is delivered, please inspect the contents as soon as possible & immediately notify carrier and ADAMS of any damages you may have sustained in shipping to receive a timely replacement. If you discover a possible defect in product, please report it within 5 days of receipt.
  
RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Oversized Furniture and Dog Houses:

Under freight company policy, the driver is only authorized to transport merchandise to curbside of residence. Please be prepared to assist with the acceptance and placement of your delivery.

NOTE: Customer has the right to inspect shipment contents when accepting delivery of their oversized furniture or oversized dog house(s) order from the commercial transport company. If your order has sustained damage, you "must" note it when signing and accepting delivery for insurance compensation. Please do not refuse commercial motor freight shipments as it will be considered a cancellation of order and customer will still be responsible for round-trip freight and restocking charges. Please sign delivery receipt noting damage and inform ADAMS immediately for restitution and/or prompt replacements.

DOG HOUSES: The seven fully assembled dog house panels will arrive strapped flatly to a palette on the back of the truck. Each panel section will be handed down to the recipient. Each individual panel weighs less than 40-lbs. Optional Lift Gate Service (which simply lowers the full palette to the ground) from the feight company is available by request for an additional charge to the customer of $69. if requested at time of ordering, $80. if requested after shipping for a corrected "Bill of Lading", $90. if requested after delivery attempt. NOTE: Lift Gate Service is rarely necessary under normal circumstances but occasionally requested by seniors, disabled or handicapped customers.
