Search Options

1.   Use the 'Search' navigation button at top left of this screen

Try your search using any detail of the property you are interested in. e.g. 'Millennium Wharf', 'N1', 'Docklands', 'Penthouse' etc.

2.  Search for a property using the selection criteria below:

3.   Searching for Properties using Keywords

This search method is to complement the detailed search facility above and particularly where other search criteria are needed. Note that this is a property search by default. Only use essential keywords (see below).

• Enter one or more keywords separated by spaces. Examples are:
  1. Canary Wharf [rather than property in Canary Wharf - which may yield no results]
  2. the mosaic [rather than properties in the mosaic - see point 1 above]
  3. Apartment E14
  4. loft [rather than loft apartments - as above]
  5. investment [rather than investment properties - as above]
• The search is not case sensitive
• You may use AND or OR between words (AND is the default),
• You may put NOT in front of a word to exclude items that contain that word.
• You may search for an exact phrase by enclosing the words in double-quotes ("...").
