The enameled cast-iron 9-3/4" Tatin Dish is the first-ever pan, which was specially designed for Tatin-type recipes. Even though the design of this pan was inspired by the famous tempting French "Tarte Tatin", (Frances famous "Apple Upside-Down Cake) a beautifully simple apple dessert recipe, the "Le Creuset" new Tatin Dish, also serves perfectly for everyday, appetizers, main courses and desserts. This round Tatin Dish is nearly 10" in diameter with 2" high sides (capacity 2 Qt.). The pan is specially designed with large flat side handles that make it easy to lift, rotate or flip foods over onto a plate. |
