Currently, our shipping department is experiencing order fullfillment delays. Every attempt will be made to process your order in a timely fashion; however, please allow extra time for your order to be processed. UPS is our primary shipper in the US and Canada. Residential shipping rates are averaging between $6.50 - $8.50 for one box weighing less than one pound, and $8 - $9.50 for a two pound package. It is generally cheaper to have shipments sent to a commercial address, so if you are at work anyway, why not have it shipped there? If you need a more accurate shipping cost quote, please send an email to nyoface@nyoface.com with your zip code, items you wish to order, and indicate residence or commercial address. Or, you may go to www.ups.com, click your country, click "shipping", "calculate time and cost", and our origin zip code is 97402. Add about a buck to your package option and that's about what your shipping will be! Your total shipping charge is based on our actual UPS fees plus about $1 to cover packaging. We can also ship items weighing one pound or less via USPS Priority Mail, insured, for a flat $6 fee. We can also ship Global Priority Mail to Canada (this takes 4 - 6 days); rates are based on delivery destination and are subject to change. As of March 1st, less than 1 pound is about $7 USD for Global Priority to Canada. * Please note, this option may delay shipping out of our warehouse by one day, so total time in transit is 3-4 days, not 2-3 as advertised by the USPS. We are located in Oregon and do not charge sales tax on any orders.
