Shipping charges depend on the option chosen on the Shipping Form.
Tax will be added to orders shipping to Vermont and New York addresses.Shipping Address: Where is the package going TO?
Please provide the name, address including street number and name, and daytime phone number of the person receiving the PajamaGramŽ gift, plus any of the following:
If an apartment or condo: Building, apartment, or suite number
If a business: Company/department name, building or floor number
If a hospital: Ward and room number.
You may add any additional drop-off or address information to the Special Instructions section at the bottom of the Billing Form.Shipping Options
Our default option is "STANDARD (up to 7 business days)". If you prefer another service, please choose a different option from the drop-down box at the top of the Shipping Form.

Please limit text on your card to approximately 35 words including a signature. We correct cards for spelling and grammar, so if you wish something (like a misspelled word) to be printed exactly as you wrote it, please note that in Special Instructions! Please provide the name, address, and daytime phone number of the person sending the PajamaGramSM gift. If you represent a company that is sending a gift, please provide us with a contact person's name in the first line of the billing address.Confirmation and Tracking E-Mails
An e-mail will be sent confirming that your order has been placed, if "E-Mail Me A Copy..." option is selected.
A second e-mail will be sent confirming that your order has shipped, if "Receive Package Tracking..." option is selected. This will include the carrier name and website address where you may track your package online.Credit Card Name

Customer Service may need to contact you with any questions regarding your order. If you do not wish to be contacted at the billing phone number or e-mail address provided, please tell us what the best way is to reach you during the day.E-mail Address

Our online orders are processed by a secure Stronghold server using SSL technology. Your credit card information is transmitted to the PajamaGramSM Company in an encrypted (scrambled) form. If you prefer to place your order using a form of payment other than a credit card, please call our PajamaGram hotline at 1-888-GIVE-PJS and we will be happy to assist you. If you're responding to a special promotion, please enter your Coupon Code in the "Coupon Code" field on the Shipping Form. Error Messages
Error messages occur if you do not complete a required field, or if you hit "ENTER" during the order. After reading the message, you will be returned to the Order Form; select the "Place Order" button, fill in the missing information, and please re-enter your credit card information. As a security measure, the number does not save on the form when an error occurs.
