Authorization Notice--Your billing address must be listed on the order form as the address you receive your credit card statement in order for credit card authorization. The billing name must also be exactly as written on your card. If you are shipping your order to an address different from your billing address, the customer service telephone number for your credit card needs to be included.

Security--The charge card information is scrambled and transmitted to us. This transaction is as safe as using your charge card in any store.

Items can be exchanged/sale refunded, minus shipping charges, within five days of receipt (e-mail Sales@Parachute-Pants.com to select replacement products and obtain shipping charges) as long as they are returned in resellable condition which includes tags still attached, unwashed, and no signs of use or damage. Please see special holiday exceptions to this policy below.

We will not give email addresses or any other information concerning our customers to any other source.

During the Holloween and New Year's holidays, our return policy is different, mainly because of the large number of used returns that we receive. From 10 days before and 5 days after the celebrated holiday of Halloween and New Years, items ordered may be exchanged, but not returned for a refund.

To determine the correct size, either measure your waist where you normally wear your pants, or use the size of the last new pair of blue jeans purchased. If you would like the pants a little loose or if you have larger hips, add an inch. Use the following chart to find the right pair of pants.

Inseams are denoted by a letter after the size. The length for parachute pants do run a bit long because of the tapering zipper on the legs. For Bugle Boy, M is Medium (31"), and L is Long (32") in length. All Panno D'Or pants run about 32.5". All Cotlers are M for Medium (30"), L for Long (31"), and XL for Extra Long (32"). Inseams do very about 1/2" on average.

It is not recommended that ladies with a waist size of over 32" purchase these pants, as there is not enough room in the hips.

• Description and images are accurate to the best of our ability and images may look differently then intended on some hardware.
• Images are stored in TrueColor format.
• Parachute Pants for the most part are not gender specific. MOW pants are labeled in female sizes. For your convenience some sizes are listed in both male and female sizes.
• Pants are shipped as they were assembled by Bugle Boy, Yu-No, Panno D'Or, and MOW. This includes some threads that may not have been trimmed after sewing. Any defective pants may be returned and/or replaced.
