Use liberally in salads, and on grilled meats and fish. Or, try a droplet on fresh strawberries or orange slices.
Patsy’s Extra Virgin Oil is incomparably smooth. A natural product that is First Cold Pressed (not processed or refine) the oil is squeezed from 100% Italian olives within 48 hours after being harvested, thereby retaining its uniquely pale green color, robust flavor, and full nutrient value.
Patsy’s Cabernet Vinegar is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This traditionally fermented and naturally aged vinegar fills your mouth with its luscious wine flavor. Use with red meats, red vegetables, and dark sauces.
