Customers requesting C.O.D. shipment should be aware that a charge of $ 5.00 will be added to the order. The UPS ground shipment and handling charges for a single keyboard is approximately $5.00 to $ 7.00 to most locations within the continental USA. Please take care when entering "name" information. The name entered should be exactly as it appears on your credit card (ie, middle initial if applicable should be entered with the first name). Orders for in-stock products received by 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day; orders received after noon EST will ship the next business day. Guarantee and Returns If there is a problem with the product you have selected, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund of the purchase price less any shipping and handling charges. For sales returns there is a $5.00 fee to cover the cost of testing, re-packaging and returning to inventory. International Sales Products shipped outside the United States carry the same warranty as all products.
