Hyne, Ph.D., is a petroleum geologist certified by the AAPG Division of Professional Affairs, and professor of petroleum geology at the University of Tulsa. In addition to 25 years experience in university instruction of geology, Hyne is president of NJH Energy, Inc., an oil producing company in Tulsa. He teaches both introductory petroleum and advanced exploration short courses. Hyne also teaches for SEG and the training departments of several major oil companies.
