Status of Current Orders
Most items are in stock and usually ship within two to three business days.
Items that are not in stock will generally be marked, but please do be aware that many of these items are also available in our store and could be sold the same day they are purchased online. If this occurs, we will try our best to locate a similar replacement item. If the order is of a time-sensitive nature (i.e. birthday, special event) please indicate the date by which you must receive the order in the "Comments" section on the order form. We will contact you if there will be any problem with fulfillment.
Future Orders
The fastest way to place an order is to use the website. If you do require further assistance, please feel free to contact us via email or telephone. We have found that email is the preferred contact, as we can arrange to have photos sent if you have questions about any particular item.
Merchandise Return Policy
Political Americana offers a liberal return polucy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within five days of receipt and we will arrange for a return for the full purchase price. However, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you are not satisfied and fail to notify us within the five days, we will accept returns between six and thirty days after date of receipt for store credit only. Once again, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Additionally, all of the returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. While we try to accommodate everyone, we do reserve the right not to fill future orders for customers who excessively return merchandise.
Pricing
All items are priced according to condition. Slight variations may occur between our store location and online store due to the fact that the website is more difficult to update and the store's prices can be changed on the spot. This is rare, but occassionly it does happen.

Shipping and Handling
Most orders are shipped via UPS, as UPS allows everyone the ability to gain instant tracking access to your order. The standard delivery time is between one and four business days from the time that the order is shipped.
Also, we will gladly add a gift card with a message upon request. However, we do not offer gift wrapping. To add a card free of charge please let us know what type of card and message you would like in our Message section upon checkout.
We also offer overnight express and second day shipping. For these services, you will be billed a $4.95 handling charge plus the actual cost of shipping.
Please note that for both services, you may want to contact the store directly in order to ensure that your order will arrive within the time frame that you desire.

International Orders
Political Americana will gladly ship anywhere in the world. Please note the following policies regarding all international shipments:
- Customers will not be charged any shipping and handling charge at the time an order is placed. Once the exact shipping charges are calculated, the customer will be charged exact shipping charges plus a $4.95 handling fee.
- We will attempt to accommodate next day and second day air requests, but sometimes international shipments can be held up. If they are held up, for any reason, Political Americana will not assume responisiblity. However, we will do our best to work with you to accommodate your order.
- All customs fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All packages are declared at full value for customs purposes.
- Due to the large amount of credit card fraud over the internet, no international orders will be shipped without verification of cardholder authorization of the transaction. While this may pose a slight inconvenience, we do appreciate your understanding that we are doing this to protect you.
