Roast Alert Thermometer

The Maverick Digital Roast Thermometer features preprogrammed food settings for a variety of meats. To cook a beef roast, simply select beef and choose rare, medium-rare, medium or well-done. Insert the probe with stainless wire attached, and shut the oven door with wire leading to the countertop monitor. The Roast Thermometer will alert you when the roast has reached desired doneness, and also features a special alarm setting that notifies you when food is overcooked. Mounts on a storable stand or on the wall.
