Ankylosaurus - Dinosaur Toys
The largest known armored dinosaur, Ankylosaurus was massive, weighing some 4 tons. It had short stumpy legs which supported a bulky, broad body lined with wide bands of armor. At the tip of its tail was a huge club of bone which, when swung sideways, would have helped ward off any attackers. From either side of its head protruded two spikes along with two more at each cheek. Ankylosaurus had a broad, toothless beak, suitable for cropping vegetation.
