We are authorized dealers for most of the product we carry. All
product is new and made for the U.S. market unless otherwise
specified and comes with a full factory warranty. Equipment comes with the standard factory configuration and in most cases should
be listed. If you have any questions, please call. There is no
surcharge for credit cards. If we opt to offer a cash/prepay
discount, it will be mentioned in the item description.
Media and expendable returns must be made within 7 days of
receiving the shipment and are subject to a 20% restocking fee if not COMPLETELY INTACT and IN RESALEABLE CONDITION.
Equipment returns for reasons other than defects must be approved. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please be aware that expedited and international shipping charges for items which include free GROUND shipping will be added to your order AFTER CHECKOUT. Ground shipping charges for orders which include free ground shipping will be deducted after checkout or credited to your account.
There is a $20 service charge for postal and international orders which require customs documents to be filled out or a trip to the post office. Sales tax may apply for Texas residents. If you have any concerns, please check with us and we will be happy to give you a quote.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We accept orders from most countries but it is entirely at our discretion. We will ship almost anywhere if prepaid via wire transfer or money order. Due to high incidences of fraud, international credit card orders (other than Canada) are subject to verification and require:
1) a copy of the credit card, front and back
2) a picture ID verifying the billing address.
3) a signed authorization form.
IF YOU ARE OVERSEAS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Freight charges for items which include free GROUND shipping in continental USA will be added to international orders AFTER CHECKOUT.
We generally use UPS or FEDEX because of their reliability.
Many overseas customers want to use the least expensive method, which is usually POSTAL SERVICE. Please be aware of the following:
1) SOME Postal services, particularly the less expensive ones, are less reliable. They rely on both the US Postal Service and your local postal carrier for delivery. It is difficult to guarantee delivery under these conditions.
2) Other than the more expensive postal options, which are no less than FEDEX or UPS, the less expensive choices such as Airmail Parcel Post are NOT TRACKABLE and NOT GUARANTEED to be delivered within a certain time frame. Delivery time estimates are just that - estimates. IF YOU ORDER A LESS EXPENSIVE POSTAL OPTION, PLEASE DO NOT WRITE US ANGRY LETTERS IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT DELIVERED WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. You get what you pay for and we CANNOT give you the status of these shipments once they have left our warehouse.
3) Claims on lost postal shipments take time and as with all other postal affairs, frequently require a trip to the post office.
4) There is a $20 service charge on postal domestic international or domestic orders which require customs forms and a trip to the post office...these can often be quite lengthy so please understand.
In short, we cannot recommend economy postal delivery unless you are willing to accept the additional wait and lack of information in favor of the expense.
If the international shipping charge seems too high, please contact us and we will check our UPS and Fedex rates to see if we can give you a better rate. If so, after your purchase is approved we can credit you the difference if we are able to discount the rate.
