The L5 Digital 21 is the ultimate tool for the professional home builder or remodeling contractor who wants a self leveling laser that does it all. It self levels in horizontal mode via a wire hung compensator and is manually plumbed in vertical mode. (Vertical mode requires the optional VM2 vertical mount.) The L5 can be used visually indoors, or with the optional R7 receiver outdoors. The unit can be mounted on a ceiling grid for drop ceiling work when the optional CB ceiling bracket is ordered. The L5 provides one person leveling and alignment for house pads, foundations, decks, flooring, or cabinetry. The rotating beam can be set to run from 0-450 rpm, and can also be set to scan from approximately 15-90 degrees. The plumb spot emitted from the top of the laser is useful for transfering points from the floor to ceiling, or serves as a 90 degree reference when the laser is in its vertical mode.
