We do not provide any information to anyone for any reason. We may use your address to send newsletters which has full opt out options. It's that simple, we respect your privacy. We don't need a 16 page document of legal mumbo jumbo to tell you we will not sell you out.
SHIPPING
All UPS expedited orders that are received before 11am PST, Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. This excludes Weekends and Holidays. Ground service ships within 1 business day and is handled via US Mail or UPS, Express Shipping is handled via UPS. All Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
ROBOTIC KIT RETURN POLICY
All products have a 90 day warrantee. Any return for repair or replacement requires a Return Authorization by CARL’S ELECTRONICS. Return product via UPS or U.S. mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we cannot refund shipping fees). All returns for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
WARRANTY
We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after sale customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
