The Nite Ize Glow-Spot is made of a durable polyethylene transluscent material that is meant to last. The cone has been designed with a hole in the end to allow you to still use your flashlight as a normal hand held light, but with the added safety of alerting others to the origination point of the light source. Each Glow-Spot is packaged with an accessory cord and split ring, which can be attached to the end of most mini flashlights to suspend the light as a lantern, or used as a wrist lanyard for security and convenience.
The Glow-Spot was designed with convenience in mind. Between uses, your mini-flashlight can be stored inside of the Glow-Spot cone. By inserting the mini flashlight, tail end first, into the base of the cone and exposing a section of the lanyard, this compact unit can be hung from your belt, or on a nail in the closet. In this way, the stored flashlight is also protected between uses.
