Ordering
Saitek accepts direct orders from customers in the United States of America and Canada only.
We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard via a secure ordering system.
Canadian Customers:
Our prices do not include Canadian Duties, Canadian UPS Brokerage costs and taxes. UPS charges approximately $26.00 plus taxes, collected on delivery .
Compatibility
Saitek Game peripherals are designed to be compatible with PCs operating in Windows 95/98, 2000/XP and other systems, where noted. Check compatibility with your system before ordering. Saitek makes every effort to assure compatibility, but every PC is different, so when in doubt, ask us.
Shipping
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, except on holidays. All orders are shipped via UPS, and shipping amounts are calculated on shipping option, weight, and distance from our Torrance, CA Warehouse.
The shipping amount will appear on your order processing screen.
Order Status
To check on the status of your order, e-mail us at orders@saitekusa.comwith your order number and we will reply with the status as soon as possible.
Returns/Exchanges
We will accept products for refund or exchange if authorized for return within 10 business days of purchase. Products must be in new condition, in the original box, with all parts and documents enclosed. Please e-mail us at support@saitekusa.com for return authorization numbers before returning products. The e-mail should include your name, address and original order number and the product to be returned. Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly posted on the outside of the shipping box will not be accepted.

Warranty
Saitek Products carry a two year limited warranty against defect. During the warranty period, Saitek will repair or replace, at their option, the defective product. Warranty service requires an RMA to be issued by contacting us via our e-mail, prior to return. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the Shipping package. Any items returned under warranty should packed carefully to avoid damage in shipping. We suggest you insure these items as well. Include your return address and a brief description of the defect, to speed your warranty service.
