Brown Betty Butter Dish

This is a traditional English Butter Dish, made from the same red clay as the Brown Betty teapots. It is sized to accomodate a full 1lb of butter.

This butter dish is hand-made at the Cauldon Pottery in Staffordshire, England, and because each is hand made there may be some slight surface imperfections. These are considered features, not defects
