Shipping Information Shipping charges are set by UPS and are passed through to SV's customers. You may choose to ship your order via UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Ground. Regular and priority mail are not used by SV. On weekdays, all orders are shipped the same day they are received, or next day. Orders placed on weekends are shipped Mondays. A confirmation email with shipment tracking information is sent when an order is shipped. Shipping Policy Regarding Alcoholic Beverages Silversmith Vineyards (SV) produces alcoholic beverages. SV will not ship its products to minors (anyone under the age of 21 years). Therefore, SV requires that all shipments be sent via UPS to ensure adult signature upon delivery. SV suggests that customers have their orders shipped to a business address as an additional precaution. In compliance with strict interstate trading laws, SV only ships to the following states: WA, OR, CA, ID, CO, NM, IA, MO, WI, IL If you attempt to have orders shipped to any other state than mentioned above, you will receive an error message and the order will not be processed. International Orders At this time international orders are not accepted by SV and will not be processed. Sales Tax 7.25% sales tax is added only to those orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. Payment Methods We accept Visa and MasterCard for your purchases, and guarantee secure processing of credit card transactions through the Yahoo! Store secure server. Return Policy If for any reason you wish to return wine purchased on the SV web site you may do so for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition. Opened bottles or bottles that have been tampered with will not be accepted and refund will not be given.
