We hate spam. We really hate spam. And while we do send announcements of special events to customers who have given us their email addresses, we have never, and will never, give these addresses to anyone. There are people out there, however, who don't respect domain name ownership. We know that someone is sending spam using our domain names (softpro.com, softproeast.com, softprobooks.com, or softprowest.com) in the header. Unfortunately, it is too easy to change the From: field to anything that you want it to be. And there appears to be nothing that we can do to stop this. If you get e-mail that appears to come from us, but is hawking hotel and travel reservations, or anything else that reeks of spam, rest assured that we have nothing to do with it, but would like to know about it. Please forward the mail to dtc@softprowest.com, and we will investigate as far as we can.
