A 100% Arabica blend of exquisite Brazilian coffees naturally decaffeinated, Lavazza BLUE Espresso Decaffeinato is a full-bodied blend with velvety crema. The special brewing technique enhances its round and sweet flavour, and gives the espresso a slightly chocolaty aftertaste and velvety crema. Roast: Medium. Grind: Fine. Aroma and Flavor: Chocolaty, sweet. Little or no sugar required to appreciate. We recommend that this blend be used to extract short to regular size (2 fl oz or less) decaf espressos and cappuccinos. The sweetness accompanied by a full body in the cup make it hard to believe this is a decaffeinated blend.
