Welcome to the National Steinbeck Center Museum Store. We are a non profit museum store dedicated to the relationship that books have with people. All proceeds benefit the education and public programs departments. We are a member of the MSA (Museum Store Association). We have a large selection of gifts, books, stationary and desk accessories. SHIPPING: All orders will be processed within 48 hours. We ship UPS and can only ship to actual address. Please do not use Post Office Boxes. Please note, all orders placed after 1:00pm pst will be processed the following business day.
RETURN POLICY: You may return your purchase for a refund or store credit within 10 days, in new condition and unopened if sealed. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
MUSEUM AND STORE HOURS: The Museum Store is free to the general public. We are open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm. We are closed for most major holidays.
