Your original sales receipt/shipping invoice must accompany any correspondence. Unfortunately, we regret that once a game has been opened, we are unable to accept it as a return. We cannot accept returns unless the game was purchased directly from the online store, or from us by phone. If a game was purchased from another source, you are bound by the return policy of that establishment. Regions Format All games are NTSC format they will not work on systems purchased outside of North America.
